TERMS AND CONDITIONS [eBay Trading] (Ref eBAY-
These Terms and Conditions are specifically for our trading on eBay. In the following terms: “See Tech More Clearly” is our Trading Name, referred to as "STMC" "Us" or "We" in the following documentation. The Client (you) is the person who purchases or uses items we sell on eBay.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Items sold may be copyright to or Registered Trademarks of other companies or organisations. Details are recorded on each listing.
ORDER PREPARATION
All items we sell on Ebay are prepared ready to post. They are dispatched as soon as payment has cleared. Items sold are listed on an individual basis, some items are sourced new from various suppliers or are second-

PACKAGING AND DISPATCH:

Our standard shipping is to addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and outlying territories), although some items can be shipped worldwide. Please see individual listings for details and contact us via Ebay Messaging before making a purchase if you require postage to somewhere we do not usually deliver to.
Delivery times will vary according to the final destination. Proof of posting is obtained by STMC before any item is sent. Large or high value items such as computers are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (or an equivalent service from other providers) for which a signature is received on delivery. Tracking information is provided for Special Delivery items. This means that items sold during weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES:
Our prices and delivery charges are published with each item listed. Standard Ebay rules apply. Items sold by “auction format” will only be dispatched after the auction has ended and the winning bidder has been notified. Items that include a “Buy It Now” option may be purchased at any time and will be dispatched as soon as payment is received and cleared. It may also be possible to purchase a “Buy It Now” item by making a “Best Offer” that is lower than the stated price, and these transactions may be automatically accepted or declined. If you have made an offer, it may be necessary to wait for Us to confirm whether or not the offer has been accepted.
Delivery charges are calculated according to size and weight. Some items may include free delivery. If more than one item is ordered and one item has Free Delivery only the postage costs for the chargeable item will be applied.
We do our best to keep our charges for postage and packing competitive, based on Royal Mail standard rates for size and weight, and where possible offer a combined discount for multiple purchases of items. Some items may only be offered for local pick-
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment for items is handled by Ebay Payments which provides a wide range of options including bank transfer, debit and credit card payment and more. All payments are receipted when an order is dispatched.
REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
OUR RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON Ebay: We expect that you will be entirely satisfied and pleased with our products and service provided, but we understand that there may occasionally be problems, or indeed disappointments.
If you are not happy with something, please contact us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving your items.
If items you purchased are damaged, we may, at Our discretion, provide a replacement, or if our products or items sold are not to your satisfaction, and are returned to us in their original packaging in a saleable condition, we will provide a full refund.
Some items may be listed stating that returns are NOT accepted. If this is the case and you have purchased an item that cannot be returned, and you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund. Our decision at the time will be final.
Please note however that clients (you) are responsible for return postage charges, which cannot be refunded.
We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting when returning items to us, as we cannot issue refunds or replacements until the original items are back in our possession.
If refunds are due, they will be paid by PayPal Refund.
The refund/replacement terms above apply after dispatch. Orders may be cancelled by notifying us by Ebay messaging, email or telephone before you receive email or telephone confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
PRIVACY POLICY:
See Tech More Clearly does not disclose clients’ information to anyone else, other than for delivery. We may occasionally hold email addresses for future marketing of our services and items we sell but this is rare for Ebay customers. We are UK GDPR compliant.
We always communicate in English.
